Accounting — reimagined

Books that
keep themselves. Soon.

Anjuta is modern accounting software being built for accounting firms and small businesses in Poland — KSeF e-invoicing, VAT registers and JPK in one place. It isn't live yet. Join the early-access list and we'll be in touch as onboarding opens.

No spam, and no automated billing — we have nothing to bill you for yet. One email when there is something worth showing you.

01 — What we're building

Everything you need
to keep the books.

This is the scope we are building to: from the first invoice through to the financial statements filed with the KRS. One tool, one agreement, nothing sold back to you later as an add-on. Early-access partners help decide what lands first.

02 — Why now

The KSeF mandate is already running.

Since 1 February 2026 the invoices of the largest taxpayers go through the National e-Invoicing System, and since 1 April — everyone else's. Structured invoices, KSeF numbers, UPO receipts, offline24 mode: every change is a new column in someone's spreadsheet, or another software version somebody has to install.

The dates opposite come from the statute and the Ministry of Finance, not from us. We are building Anjuta so that the changes simply arrive, as part of the subscription — and early-access partners get to shape it while it is still open to being shaped.

The published timeline
1 Feb 2026
KSeF mandatory for taxpayers with 2024 sales above PLN 200m
1 Apr 2026
KSeF mandatory for all other businesses
31 Dec 2026
The transition period ends — the no-penalty grace and cash-register invoices run only to this date
1 Jan 2027
The smallest issuers follow — invoices up to PLN 450 and sales up to PLN 10,000 a month

Help us build it right.

We are looking for accountants and finance teams in Poland to shape what gets built first. Early access, a direct line to the people writing the code, and no obligation of any kind.

In development. We have not announced a launch date — we would rather ship it right than ship it dated.
